You are going to experience uniquely delicious Ukrainian food, listening to some great Ukrainian music, drinking a quality imported Ukrainian beer while watching one of a kind traditional Ukrainian Dancing. There are also different raffle games. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the entrance. Church tours will be available as well.

The festival features more than 14,000 pyrohy (potato andcheese dumplings), 4,000 holupchi(cabbage rolls), 500 links of kielbasy (pork sausage), 17 tubs of kapusta (Ukrainian sauerkraut), andgallons of borsch (beet soup, sometimes spelled borscht). Also lookfor the popular Ukrainian breads and baked goods. The “ODESA” Ukrainian Dance Ensemble under Slava Bobetsky from Ukrainian NationalHome of Syracuse and parish youth- children art-group of “Kalyna” under Svitlana Bidna will perform.

While the festival highlightsthe Ukrainian culture and food, there will also be popular Americanpicnic foods.
