Mila Rybakova is a well- known yoga teacher from Ukraine. Mila’s first exposure and background in yoga came through Ishvara Yoga, a dynamic and popular style of yoga in Ukraine which was developed by the famous Ukrainian yoga teacher Anatoliy Zenchinko. Mila has spent her whole life studying movement and dance, and she has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 10years. She has studied several styles of yoga including Ishvara Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Slavic Energy Practices, and Fly Yoga. She has studied intensively with yoga teachers in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States. Mila teaches regular classes in Kyiv, Ukraine, and leads international yoga retreats and workshops in Ukraine, the United States, India, and Africa. She is the creator of the online course for beginners “Yoga transformation in 60 days”, and leads an ongoing seriesof yoga retreats for women called”Beauty of the soul and body.” Mila is also one of the organizers of the well-known Avatar Festival,one of Ukraine’s largest and most famous yoga and music festivalsheld every year on the Black Sea.In her classes, Mila integrates practices from several different yoga traditions, uniting them into asingle, harmonious instrument forthe development of the body and soul. Mila’s workshops are based on the principles of Ishvara Yoga and give deep insight into yoga techniques and inspiration for students of all levels of yoga practice, and all backgrounds in Yoga.
